Orders not tracking / tracking delays (Nov 2025 edit, Sep 2024, Mar 2022, Feb 2021 regional carriers); per-order/usage charges and lookup counting (2018, 2021); trial limits and marketing emails (2019); support (2020, 2022); tracking page not fully wrappable in own layout (2020); needed Flow + second app for processing-time status (2022). Developer replied Apr 2026 to the two most recent. Positives (recent 5★): branded page keeps shoppers on site, fewer WISMO emails, easy setup, reliable, responsive support.
Not tested / claim boundaries
No fulfilled orders or real parcels; live storefront tracking page not viewed (password); notifications not sent; Tracking URL not enabled; MESA/integrations/webhooks not connected; Account/billing page not opened (pricing from listing only); Free Expert Install Service and support not used. Plan-gated features were visible on the dev store; article attributes plan placement to the listing.
